Prestigious Job Opportunity for Ecommerce Marketing Manager with leading Consumer Goods company


Primary Objective:


- Work closely with the market place platforms ie Amazon & Flipkart to understand the category dynamics and deploy the ecommerce marketing budgets accordingly to maximise SOV and GVs for the brand within the defined ACOS

- Develop a D2C platform for Crompton for selective product categories

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage organisation's ecommerce marketing strategy

- Work closely with the category teams to identify the required ASIN structure for different verticals

- Work closely with the Amazon and Flipkart teams to identify category trends optimal budgets deployment.

- Maximise CTRs and Conversion rates by defining marketing strategy through search, display and DSP led campaigns.

- Ensure A+ content for the Crompton brand store on the ecommerce platforms

- Work closely with the category team, IT, sales team and agency partners to develop a D2C platform for Crompton. Critically evaluate the D2C platform against competition brands and aggregator platform to the platform structure to maximise brand visibility, customer footfalls and conversions

Qualifications :

MBA from Tier I business school with 4-5yrs work experience

Experience :

Ecommerce experience in FMCG/FMCD/FMEG companies

Has a great understanding of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Similar Web)

Looks forward to a great learning curve with exposure to other business functions, including brand marketing, insights and product marketing.

Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

Skills:

Website Design, UI/UX understanding, creating wireframes, Understanding of Meta Tags/Description, Header Tags. Image Alt tags etc..

Ecommerce- Understanding of performance marketing indicators for driving growth on Ecommerce platforms (Amazon and Flipkart)

Result oriented to achieve the digital marketing objective

Significant KPIs:

- SOV on Search engine

- Ecommerce: Discoverability, ACOS, ROAS.GVs

- Digital and Ecommerce agency

- Brand and Insights team

- Product marketing team

- Ecommerce sales team
