- Handling the account of FK, Myntra, Jabong, AJIO & Amazon. - Handling business in outright/SOR/marketplace & JIT model - Managing 12 private brand of Ecommerce apparels - Onboarding new online partner - Negotiation, agreement closure, and commercial discussion. - Responsible for Topline, Profit and loss of the online business. - Managing and driving the growth of different channels, build and execute a strategic account plan that delivers on key business opportunities. - Provide sales forecast for the business during budget planning and ensure that financial plans are achieved towards the end of the year. - Inventory management and sales forecasting for the channel partners to ensure quick rotations. - Formulated monthly sell out targets with each portal to identify slow movers/gaps on time and action accordingly. - Plan for marketing and promotional activities to enhance the brand positioning in the market - Operations Management: Managing day to day operations of online partner (PO/PI /delivery /GRN) and make sure 100% order fulfilment. - Coordination with buyer and online partner for range presentation and order booking - Control on discount and make sure discount are in line with offline - Worked in single inventory view with Vinculum (Jabong) and Ace turtle (FK) - Catalogue management - making the new styles live in portal which includes DIY process of Myntra and FSN process in FK through vendor portal - Monitor outstanding, control collection activity, minimize credit / receivables through risk assessment and timely collections
