We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Key Account Manager. This person will look at profitability, channel spending, and Market share delivery. An ideal candidate is a prompt learner who is ready to make an immediate impact on revenue & profit growth at a fast-growing start-up.
You will work with cross-functional teams like Brand, Operations, Finance & Marketing.
- You will be part of our founding team and get your hands dirty in the 0-1 stage of building a D2C brand.
- You will work with a solid set of people from diverse backgrounds.
- You will independently lead projects and have ownership of your deliverables.
- You will be pushed out of your comfort zone and watch your learning curve spike.
What you'll work on:
- Deliver on Sales plan, gross margin plan, inventory refills and overall P&L
- Responsible for developing the Sales targets with E-Commerce portals and making 360degree marketing plan to achieve the same on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket + onboarding new
business developments - Nurturing and growing an account.
- Research and Identify potential market trends, monitor competitor activity and make recommendations for potential promotional opportunities.
- Monitor Sales figures and trend to analyse how online activity can be improved to increase revenue.
- Ensuring presence of complete product assortment, comprehensive product content (with Hi Res images, A+ Content and Videos), improved organic search ranking, benchmarking and improving performance against set KPI's for Ecommerce channel.
- Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase sales and profitability operations.
- Manage the user experience of the website including navigation, content, creative and promotional campaigns.
- Managing with Brand partners to ensure they deliver a demonstrable ROI
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in any industry.
- Ability to take internal and external stakeholders along
- Willingness to experiment and improve continuously
- Ability to adapt according to the business needs and perform accordingly.
