The company has recently raised strategic funding from a bunch of angel investors to topline in next quarter and also expand into international geographies - US, UK and the Middle East.
As the E Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization's online sales and presence.
You will also be responsible for the development and execution of the online marketing activities to drive the business.
What you will do:
- Responsible for conveying a consistent brand image that attracts customers by encouraging sales on the Web
- E-commerce strategy : Managing engagement and business partnerships with the key ecommerce players on various business initiatives including Exclusive Product Launches
- Developing strategic thinking for developing Online space - Channel margins, monthly demand plan
- Leveraging cross-selling opportunities between Modern Trade and e-commerce
- Creating Go To Market strategy and innovation, preparing models with customer segmentation
- Different ideas for innovation to come up with new ideas/plans to innovate for different GTM models
- Aligning with the e-commerce partners and preparing a Joint Business Plan approach with customers
- Developing Joint Account Plans with Online Accounts to ensure Sales growth
- Driving and enabling exclusive launches and marketing campaign integration
- Establishing working relationships with e-commerce partners, improving content on partner platforms, designing Terms of Trade and initiation of a joint activity calendar for businesses
- Understanding the Key Business Drivers for this channel and managing channel forecasts
- Analyzing customer demographics and purchasing behavior to monitor trends and future sales growth
What you need to know/have:
- B.Tech candidates from IIT
- Should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience
- Should have managed e commerce sales for an FMCG
- Strong commercial acumen and key account development skill
- Excellent Communication Skills
