Strategic -
- Drive top line by increasing brand visibility & traffic growth through effective & innovative online & offline alliances, affiliate marketing & promotions.
- End to end management of online store, marketplaces & responsibility of integration with the Brand.
Marketing -
- Managing, planning & executing the digital marketing budget for targeted areas to drive conversion rates.
- Managing & optimizing high visibility & quality traffic campaigns & affiliate network to drive revenue on Digital Platforms
- Coordination with the digital marketing team both internally as well as externally for timely placement & promotion across the websites & closely monitoring the performance.
- Supervising advertising, photo shoots, media & print campaigns for the online channel.
Buying & Merchandising -
- Delivering season-wise & annual sales & realization targets.
- Closely working with the B&M team to achieve sales & profitability while managing operations in terms of merchandise delivery, go-live, discounting & visibility
- Identify unique, under-developed, emerging or new, products or categories, based on statistical analysis, competitive landscape, customer feedback, web analytics & work with the B&M team to develop it.
- Planning of promotions for the category & brand-specific promotions
- Manage Product Lifecycle - ensure ideal stock cover for each product category is maintained and map sell through
- Monitoring net margins and taking corrective actions to meet the targets
Business & General Management -
- Gather market intelligence by keeping track of new launches, competition mapping, product and design trends.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams such as operations, marketing, warehouse, finance, accounts & customer support.
