Roles & Responsibilities
- Effectively manage, support brand and manage daily operations of various brands to ensure continuing contribution to business volume, profit and ROI objectives
- Owning the merchandising plan and cataloguing activities for the brand across all digital channels
- Own and execute listing, keyword and catalog optimisation across marketplaces for listing ranking
- Devise and execute the pricing promotions for the brand across all marketplaces
- Plan and run e-commerce Ads on all marketplaces within the allocated budget and defined RoAs target
- Expand online presence of products with a focus on key online partners like Amazon, Flipkart and other
- Monitor key operational metrics across cataloguing, merchandising, pricing, order fulfilment, returns management cost management.
- Entire Panel Management including
Inventory Analysis
Logistics, Pick-Up and Returns management
Advertising Management
Payment Reconciliations and claims management
Customer Service Management
Reviews and Seller Ratings Improvement Process Management
Raising Disputes and grievances
Onboarding to various marketplaces , FBA/FA/Smart operational models
Skills required:
- 3+ Years of experience as Ecommerce Manager with brands/marketplaces or related agencies is mandatory
- Understanding of pricing , promotion and marketing/advertising strategies for online channels with hands-on experience
- Well-versed in MS-excel
- Familiarity to e-commerce operations and processes is mandatory
- Relationship management with counterparts on marketplace/online channels
