Our client is a New Delhi based D2C mens grooming company whose portfolio includes shampoo, face wash, beard oil, hair oil, among others. These products are made from world-class ingredients without any harmful chemicals such as sulphates and parabens.
Founded in 2005 by MICA, Ahmedabad alumni, it has raised a total funding of $10.8M from tier one investors like infoedge etc.
It currently has more than 15,000 outlets across the country in traditional general trade as well as regional modern trade. It is also present in countries like Indonesia, Malaysia, Middle East and USA.
As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's presence on various online marketplaces.
What you will do :
- Managing and optimizing the company's presence on multiple online marketplaces, including Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and Zepto
- Driving sales growth and increasing market share by implementing effective e-commerce strategies and tactics
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract more customers
- Monitoring marketplace performance metrics, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and logistics, to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery
- Conducting regular competitive analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Overseeing inventory planning and forecasting to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts
- Maintaining strong relationships with marketplace representatives and negotiating favorable terms and conditions
- Staying up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices
- Providing regular reports and analysis on marketplace performance, sales trends, and customer behavior
What you need to have:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3 to 4 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably with D2C startup experience
- Proven track record of managing successful marketplace accounts on platforms like Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, or Zepto
- Experience managing a turnover of at least 25 crores on online marketplaces
