The individual in this role should have strong entrepreneurial spirit, with a passion for e-commerce, with an ability to work in a fast paced environment, & a strong will to create an impact in the Healthcare space. Should have a proven experience of working for or driving brands through ecommerce portals like Amazon, Flipkart, 1MG, Pharmeasy etc. This role would be the single point of contact for all the e-com related activities across the organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Business results
a. Will be responsible for driving business operations - own business design, process setup, operational metrics, customer experience metrics and drive best practices
b. Responsible for delivery of sales - offtake, secondary, primary
c. Work closely with multiple internal stakeholders such as marketing, supply chain, finance etc. to execute and deliver business outcomes
d. Create best ecommerce set up and create thought leadership within the organization to stay ahead of competition
2. Account management
a. Develop relationships with key stakeholders (category, marketing, procurement, operations) in the identified accounts
b. Help scale up growth for the business through innovative solutions and help achieve business revenue
c. Ensure presence across all the platforms with listing as per the brand guidelines
3. Driving traffic and conversion / Campaign management
a. Create best-in-class campaigns in consultation with accounts and marketing team to generate demand
b. Own the budgets. Drive high ROI and RoAS through these campaigns
c. Own the execution of these campaigns, plan periodic reviews with accounts
d. Work with internal team and external agencies to deploy creatives and campaigns
4. Channel partner management
a. Primary/secondary
b. Claim management
c. Other Channel partner related activities
5. Seller/Online vendor management
a. For Online market-place portals, work with the sellers and their team to ensure listing, availability etc., Other activities related to seller
6. Business development
a. Develop new business opportunities and commercialize the same
b. Work on various projects of strategic importance and enable third-party partnerships
7. Analytics & reporting - Regularly analyze the data and map competencies required to scale the topline and bottom line for the online business. Report out periodic data around ecommerce performance.
What would it require?
- Graduation (preferred - science, tech, engineering) + MBA from reputed institute
- 6-10 years of experience, Minimum 3 years working experience in ecommerce space, independently handling the ecommerce channel for an organization. Candidate who has worked on multiple channels in trade, modern trade, wholesale etc would be preferred.
- Proven experience of working with Amazon, Flipkart, 1MG, PharmEasy with multiple teams - category, marketing, operations.
- Individual with passion for healthcare and changing the face of it in India
- Ability to work with various cross-functional stakeholders, in a matrix environment and ensure timely deliverables
- Proven track record of performance for last 3 business cycles.
- Understanding of ecommerce operations, strong analytical mind, customer obsession and working with multiple stakeholders to drive impactful change with strong bias for action
