Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at eCommerce portals to drive growth within the channels.
- In depth knowledge of Amazon seller central is a must.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure listing, pricing, promotions, reviews and content are optimized for each portals requirements.
- Manage the account including case logs, listing issues, payment reconciliations and account optimization
- Monitor sales performance and competition benchmarking and provide regular reports and feedback.
- Demonstrated ability to scale is desirable.
- Collaborate with the performance management agency and in house brand team.
- Deep knowledge of AMS and performance marketing is required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement programs and initiatives that will positively impact revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and brand perception within the channel.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce account management( Amazon and Nykaa ) From Nutraceutical/Supplement or beauty industry is preferred
