Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for developing and implementing effective key account management (KAM) strategy for e-commerce channel.
- Driving achievement of sales / growth targets by leveraging effective listing strategies derived basis analytics on market places.
- The role holder is also responsible for developing the e-commerce business by establishing and enhancing relationships with new as well as existing accounts.
Revenue Growth & Market Share :
- Analyze data trends to prepare effective strategies for driving revenue growth in the e-commerce channels, B2B, marketplaces.
- Identify growth opportunities in the e-commerce landscape by tapping into newer customers / platforms, ensuring improved market share with existing customers / platforms etc.
Sales & Order Management :
- Oversee order management/servicing for e-commerce platforms, website as well as B2B ensuring on time deliveries as per agreed terms and conditions.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure sufficient stock levels for servicing e-commerce orders avoiding instances of stock outs.
Candidate Profile:
MBA with 7-10 yrs of relevant exp in FMCG industry .
Preferred Age : 30-35 yrs.
