Roles & Responsibilities
- E-commerce lead role is responsible for developing and implementing effective key account management (KAM) strategy for e-commerce channel.
- Driving achievement of sales targets by leveraging effective listing strategies derived basis analytics on market places.
Revenue Growth & Market Share :
- Analyze data trends to prepare effective strategies for driving revenue growth in the e-commerce channels, Internal website, B2B)
- Identify growth opportunities in the e-commerce landscape by tapping into newer customers / platforms, ensuring improved market share with existing customers/platforms etc.
- Collaborate with the brands team to drive sales in the channel by strengthening digital marketing campaigns, promotional schemes etc.
Sales & Order Management :
- Oversee order management/servicing for e-commerce platforms, website as well as B2B ensuring on time deliveries as per agreed terms and conditions.
- Ensure increased customer satisfaction by effectively managing customer complaints and feedback on e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure sufficient stock levels.
