Time % Summary of major duties:

- Leveraging and scaling the Current and Existing Channel ; Development and management of e- com strategy

- Preserving existing business and creating new business opportunities

- Providing analysis and strategies for improving the sales performance of retailer/ marketplace

- Creating and maintaining account relationships by creating credibility, developing trust and providing strategic inputs to channel partners

- Demand Planning Coordination with customers

- Building data backed analytics to derive insights from sales trends, strengths and weaknesses

- Influence and report on trade and related media investment effectiveness and efficiency

- Coordinate corporate marketing, merchandising programme with the platform

- Collaborate on best practices on the platform via media, content, search and conversion, drive the creation of next generation of analytics

- Development and implementation on online category management initiatives

Strategic planning / initiatives - To be the expert on ecommerce opportunities by building relationships to drive agreed business growth and turnover

- Responsible for business and market development and scope out opportunities for growth and key initiatives to leverage category growth and market share

- Maximise growth and accelerate rate of new customer acquisition

- Gain market intelligence and competitive landscape mapping to identify emerging trends and opportunities

- Sets sales policies to ensure overall brand impression is positive and cohesive

- Innovate and activate key launches, campaigns and collaborations with marketing and digital for impactful brand presence leading to business

- Measure, manage and report e-commerce sales and ROI activities and make adjustments as necessary

- Develop and cross functionally (Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance) execute comprehensive on-line sales and e-commerce Business Development Plans
