Qualifications & Experience : MBA/PGDM from Premier B School with 8+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing with strong exposure to E-Commerce Business Modules
- We are currently looking for a strategic thinker and business-oriented Lead, who can drive rapid eCommerce growth in India. Head E-commerce would be responsible for setting up the entire E-Comm Channel for an Emerging FMCG / Consumer-Facing Organization with an objective to build a strong E-Comm Channel. responsible for the build and launching of e-commerce sales.
- The incumbent will be responsible for developing, implementing strategies, and managing the profit and loss and development of online business. Developing a Sales and Marketing strategy for E-commerce.
- To define strategic intent of the eCommerce business vertical; devise short and medium-term plans to boost adoption of current product mix and drive topline growth.
- To handle all margin negotiations, MOU closure, revenue, campaign planning & collections of E-commerce business of the brand.
- To review the analytics/MIS shared by platforms & leverage the information in accordance with brand strategy.
- To ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales action plan is aligned with the channel partners.
- To develop promotional campaigns and offers across the year to achieve the sales targets.
- Develop and execute Omni-channel strategies to maximize business impact while optimizing costs.
- Driving the Business P&L through various initiatives to grow and sustain in the Industry. Will be Responsible for across India.
