- The Head of E. Commerce will be responsible for executing The Company's overall E-Commerce strategy for the website and the channel partners.
- Responsible for the monthly and annual P&L of the Ecommerce business.
- Driving sales for the Company website and channel partners. Responsible for meeting the monthly sales targets.
- Managing the ECommerce operations and monitor the deliverables of the operational team.
- Driving quality traffic and sales with effective CRM and cross channeling strategies. Manage the customer UX/UI on the website to increase engagement, conversion rate, and customer retention.
- Executing initiatives to drive sales including Campaigns, Promotions, SEO/SEM, email marketing, affiliate marketing, retargeting and online analytics.
- Responsible for managing channel partner relations.
- Maintaining accurate monthly MIS and sales metrics, inventory and sales forecasts.
- Developing an effective and efficient CRM and Loyalty system.
- Managing external agencies/partners and their deliverables.
- Performing research, segmentation and competition studies to determine key consumer targets, insights, needs, wants and behaviors.
