Head - eCommerce - Lifestyle Products
- We are currently looking for a strategic thinker and business-oriented Lead, who can drive rapid eCommerce growth in India.
- Head E-commerce would be responsible for setting up entire E-Comm Channel for an Lifestyle Products with an objective to build a strong E-Comm Channel.
- Responsible for building and launching of e-commerce sales. The incumbent will be responsible for developing, implementing strategies and managing the profit and loss and development of online business. Developing the Sales and Marketing strategy for E commerce.
- Develop and execute Omni-channel strategies to maximize business impact while optimizing costs.
- Driving the Business P&L through various initiatives to grow and sustain in the Industry. Will be Responsible for across India.
- To review the analytics/MIS shared by platforms & leverage the information in accordance with brand strategy.
- To ensure monthly, quarterly and annual sales action plan is aligned with the channel partners.
- To define strategic intent of the ecommerce business vertical; devise short and medium-term plans to boost adoption of current product mix and drive topline growth.
- To handle all margin negotiations, MOU closure, revenue, campaign planning & collections of Ecommerce business of the brand.
Qualifications & Experience :
- MBA/PGDM from Premier B School with 12+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing with strong exposure to E-Commerce Business Modules in Lifestyle Category
