- MBA/PG from premium institute with 4+ years of experience preferred in sales or account management positions, with at least 2 years in E-commerce.

- Proven leadership of large E-commerce business

About the Role:

- Develop and execute e-commerce strategy

- Responsible for end to end P&L for the e-commerce (Marketplace) business

- Scale up the digital business- on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, 1mg, Pharmeasy, etc.)

- Drive achievement of sales/growth targets by leveraging effective listing strategies derived basis analytics on market places

- Collaborate with the brand team to drive sales (value and volume), improve customer satisfaction and coordinate with supply chain to ensure sufficient stock levels for servicing e-commerce orders without any stock-outs

- Responsible for developing the e-commerce business by enhancing relationships with new as well as existing accounts

- Lead and build a team of young entrepreneurial professionals
