Job Responsibilities:
- Implementation - the most disruptive brand launch ever witnessed in the Mobile Telecom Industry.
- Building a leading Digital E-Commerce hub with innovative Omni Channel models Smartphones, Mobile accessories and Connected Devices. Responsible for Online Acquisitions and managing P&L for Brand Online Store and Market Places (Amazon, Flipkart etc.).
- Leading Website strategy and Building Product roadmap
- Analysis & Implementation of Marketing plans improving organic search visibility while focusing on increasing sales & traffic and applying current SEO best practices
- Develop & Implement Marketing campaigns for New Release and Offers with Brand Marketing and Products team to achieve revenue growth
- Collaborating Cross functionally to mange and direct all aspects of the Digital business which includes strategizing and planning digital campaigns, monitoring performance analytics, UI/UX, Website traffic and product performance.
- Responsible for P&L of E-Commerce business. Provide directions, inspirations and guidance to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Develop the Business Plan for E-Commerce and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are followed at Customer Care Center & Distribution Centers.
- Drive functions to achieve quality and on-time delivery matrics. Ensure commitments for functionality & innovation are delivered timely within the budget.
- Work closely & coordinate with all stakeholders including Marketing, Product Team, IT, Supply chain and Customer Service to drive E-Commerce business results and achieve exponential growth.
