Hiring an E commerce Head for a firm in Delhi/NCR

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Strategy and Execution:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketplace strategy to achieve sales targets and increase market share.

- Identify new marketplace opportunities and evaluate the feasibility of expansion.

Product Listings and Optimization:

- Create and manage product listings on various online marketplaces, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.

- Optimize product listings to enhance search visibility and conversion rates.

Digital Marketing and Promotion:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales on marketplaces.

- Leverage promotional opportunities and coordinate marketing initiatives with marketplace-specific promotions.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

- Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights.

- Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges to optimize strategies and improve overall performance.

Inventory and Order Management:

- Coordinate with the operations and logistics team to ensure adequate inventory levels and timely order fulfillment.

- Manage returns and customer inquiries related to marketplace transactions.

Brand Representation:

- Uphold and enhance the brand image across marketplaces, ensuring consistency in messaging, branding, and customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's/masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience (3+ years) in e-commerce and marketplace management.

- Familiarity with online marketplace platforms such as [list relevant platforms].
