Responsibilities :


- Strive for profitable revenues

- Drive brand salience through digital marketing strategy & execution

- Build categories for online platforms & explore new markets

- Spearhead growth for B2B, B2C & D2C businesses

- Expand presence of the brand in India

- Build a Strong Brand Recall

- Incumbent will be responsible for P&L activities for ecommerce channel in India

- Provide a strategic direction to the growth of the company products for e commerce channel

- Own Customer Experience User Journeys End-to-End, and collaborate with business and IT teams

- Drive digital transformation for the organization by devising tailor made digital strategies and developing digital mindset best suited to the business growth

- Execution of ecommerce growth agenda in line with PL while maintaining the brand appeal

- Provide thought leadership, innovation, and process optimization initiatives such as implementing ecommerce software and other industry best practices

- Manage and report on all relevant product metrics, and suggest ways to improve key business metrics when needed

- Work with Business Product to identify needs and turn insights into usable design that can be handed off the development

- Build key plans and marketing initiatives to engage and acquire new consumers across e commerce customers

- Building a profitable and efficient network across channels
