Job Description - This position is responsible for spearheading the complete e-commerce division.

Client Details :

Our client is a leading India-based MNC in the food industry. They are looking to hire an E-commerce Head based out of Bangalore.

Description :

Reporting to the VP - Packaged Food Division, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing an e-commerce strategy based on the existing product portfolio with a scope to expand for future products across the e-commerce value chain

- Driving P&L for the e-commerce division in collaboration with SCM & Marketing teams, business plans, and Brand strategy

- Driving revenue and profitability through sales value, transaction volumes, new customer acquisition, and repeat sale

- Ensuring inventory availability across locations

- On boarding upcoming online stores and partners for possible vendor lists

- Reviewing the operational SLAs that have been agreed upon and recommending initiatives to drive volume and profitability

- Ensuring utmost engagement in driving E-commerce operations and driving business growth

Profile :

- Ideally, you are someone with 6+ years of experience in the Food and beverages Industry. You have prior experience of working in the E-commerce space.

- You are a domain expert and have handled the end-to-end operations for the E-commerce category.

- You should be competent in handling B2C setup.

- You should have prior experience of working with cross-functional teams. You possess excellent management and communication skills.
