Key Responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement e-commerce strategy based on the existing product portfolio with a scope to expand for future products across the e-commerce value chain.
2. Responsible for driving P&L for the e-commerce division in collaboration with SCM & Marketing team.
3. Develop and drive business plan in line with the business & Brand strategy ensuring optimal efficiency.
4. Drive revenue and profitability thru' sales value, high transaction volume, new customer acquisition and repeat sales.
5. Increase product listings and prioritization by working with channel partners and improve traffic via paid, organic channels on marketplaces and scale the brand, products.
6. Ensure inventory availability across locations, pin codes and ensure high fulfilment, low returns and great customer experience and reviews
7. Ensure all commercial compliance, sales trade agreements & Maintenance contracts are reviewed and signed on a periodic basis ensuring business need.
8. Build excellent relationship with all relevant stakeholders to ensure optimal engagement and exploring / expanding business opportunities.
9. Study competitor trends and work with the management to create a market leading portfolio
10. Establish robust & sustainable process and policies for all commercial & business operations (high NPS) are designed and implemented in line with business expectations.
11. Identify and appoint franchisee and Dark stores in line with business expectation for achieving optimal efficiency & profitability.
12. Scout and onboard new upcoming online stores / partners for possible vendor / partner empanelment.
13. Conduct market research surveys in collaboration with NPD & Marketing team for meeting diverse social and cultural market / customer requirements on a periodic basis.
14. Drive marketing / NPD launch activities in collaboration with Marcom team as per business need.
15. Ensure statutory & regulatory compliance in all business processes/operations.
16. Closely monitor and review the Operational SLAs that have been agreed and being delivered to customers and lead periodic business reviews with customer to review the performance and recommend initiatives to drive volume and profitability.
17. Drive customer engagement and satisfaction surveys and take proactive / corrective measures for ensuring customer satisfaction.
18. Ensure utmost engagement in driving E-commerce operations and present e-commerce business dashboard with key insights and way forward priorities for driving business growth.
19. Hold periodic performance reviews with the team and suitably guide them for achieving the desired business results.
20. Ensure continuous development of employees and are appropriately motivated to carry out their required responsibilities
