Job Description : This is an E-commerce Head role for a leading FMCG company in India.
Client Details :
Our client is a large conglomerate with a promising portfolio in snacks, healthy alternatives and skincare. They are growing well in the Indian market and are looking to hire an E-commerce Head to build on their online presence further.
Description :
The incumbent would report into the Sales Director and be responsible to :
1. Define the strategic direction for horizontals and vertical marketplaces, along with the customer metrics, detailed action plan and performance metrics
2. Oversee the day-to-day marketplace E-commerce operations, customer service, updates, post listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance and performance with key accounts
3. Overseeing the generation of promotional materials and campaigns, lead the ads strategy
4. Ensure strong relationships across marketplaces to drive event participation, organic business growth, customer promotions and analytics
5. Expansion into new marketplaces & new geographies
6. Responsible for bottomline & ROAS delivery for marketplace business
7. Manage relationships with digital agencies and external third parties in the marketplace world
8. Build a strong team that fast tracks growth on marketplace
Profile :
The successful candidates should :
1. Have 7+ years of experience in e-commerce sales in FMCG companies
2. Be an MBA from a college of repute
3. Have an analytical and a entrepreneurial bent of mind
