Job Title : Ecommerce Head for Beauty Brand

Summary :
- We are seeking an Ecommerce Head for our Beauty Brand who will be responsible for driving online sales growth and enhancing the customer experience on our ecommerce platforms.
- The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of ecommerce trends and best practices, as well as experience in the beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute ecommerce strategies to drive online sales growth and enhance the customer experience
- Manage the overall ecommerce P&L, including sales, margins, and expenses
- Oversee the development and maintenance of our ecommerce platforms, including the website, mobile app, and social media channels
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and consistency across the organization
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and paid search, to drive traffic and sales
- Develop and maintain relationships with key third-party partners, such as Amazon and Sephora, to maximize exposure and sales opportunities
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and sales data, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance
- Stay up-to-date on ecommerce trends and best practices, recommending and implementing new strategies and technologies as needed
- Manage and develop a team of ecommerce professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in ecommerce, preferably in the beauty industry
- Strong understanding of ecommerce trends and best practices, including website design and development, digital marketing, and customer experience
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to lead and develop a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop ecommerce initiatives that align with overall business objectives
- Experience working with ecommerce software and systems
