Role & responsibilities:

- This role involves developing and implementing strategies to drive online sales growth, managing the ecommerce team, optimizing the online shopping experience for customers, and ensuring that the ecommerce platform operates smoothly and efficiently.


- To create and implement strategies that make online transactions possible, also to organize, develop, and execute website marketing plans

- Lead the business for Online and drive operational excellence across multiple ecommerce platforms and markets to meet strategic, sales, profit and operational business goals.

- Manage the marketing budget, entire brand management, product management, product marketing, promotions, Build Marketing Strategy, Product Marketing, Drive Customer Research and ROI optimization.

- Formulate the strategies, develop the sales plan and monitor the growth and conduct periodic sales review.

- Manage the entire Profit and loss of the eCommerce business.

- Monitor the team performance, guiding and mentoring to get the best out of them.

- End-to-end management of all the marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart etc. to deliver strong revenue growth in line with monthly & annual business targets.

- Review all marketplace portals & formulate overall growth plan of action to boost sales & product visibility.

- Review Product listings, existing catalogue quality & POA for better ranking & more visibility (organic & paid).

- Analyzing market trends according to customer demand, competitors offering and recommendation for introducing new & top selling products in similar category.

- Planning Promotion activities, advertisement campaigns and brand boost activities for exiting channels.

- Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

- Constantly engage with existing marketplaces and build strong relationships with marketplace SPOCs & category managers to drive higher preference for our brand
