Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative, data-driven E-commerce Demand Generation Manager to lead efforts in driving online traffic, increasing brand awareness, and generating sales leads across e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies to attract potential customers and convert them into buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and generate leads.

- Create and manage the annual marketing budget for demand generation activities.

Content Marketing:

- Oversee the creation of engaging content (blogs, videos, infographics) to highlight unique product offerings.

- Collaborate with the product team on content for new product launches.

SEO/SEM Management:

- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search rankings.

- Manage paid search campaigns to drive targeted traffic.

Social Media Marketing:

- Lead social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.

- Oversee the creation and scheduling of social media content.

Email Marketing:

- Manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and re-engage past customers.

- Segment email lists and personalize messaging for better conversions.

Influencer & Partnership Marketing:

- Manage relationships with influencers to expand reach.

- Develop co-marketing opportunities with complementary brands.

Performance Analysis & Optimization:

- Monitor key performance metrics and optimize strategies based on insights.

- Provide regular reports on campaign performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field; MBA is a plus.

- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce, preferably in food, confectionery, or luxury goods.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels.

- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms.

- Excellent analytical skills, project management abilities, and communication skills.
