Role: e-Commerce Consultant
Role Summary:
- The role requires an individual with 4-8 years of experience in the e-Commerce implementation, analytics or managing portfolio.
- The ideal candidate should be able to understand the client's requirements, convert them to the user stories, work with the UI/UX designers to get the website/app mockups designed, liaise with the e- commerce platform technical team to get the requirements developed and delivered on time as per the business requirement.
Experience in e-Commerce platform implementation would be an added advantage.
Job Description:
- Program management for the e-Commerce implementation/management for the client
- End to End E-Commerce platform setup by working with the technical partners
- Convert the business requirements to detailed user stories and plan the development sprints
- Work with the UI/UX designers and get the website/app mockups developed
- Manage the feature development, SIT, and UAT testing
- Identify the right KPIs for the post launch adoption strategy and use of web analytics applications e.g. Google Analytics, Firebase, etc. to track the app performance
- Assist customers/clients with technical queries related to the functionalities developed
- User training on the features at go live and the future releases
- Project delivery to ensure the project is delivered on time
Educational Qualifications:
- Strong educational background from reputed engineering and management school
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work on complex application/technical problem identification and resolution
- Comfortable with applying technical solutions to business/technical problems through customer interactions, design, debugging, testing, and integration/implementation
- Minimum 4-8 years of work experience in e-Commerce domain is preferred
- Exposure to e-commerce Platform implementation or e-Commerce analytics is a plus

- Updated with the recent changes in the e-Commerce domain on the business and technical trends

- Clear decision-making ability with the facility to judge complex situations and assess when to escalate issues
- Ability to balance conflicting and changing demands through prioritization and a pragmatic approach
