Role: e-Commerce Analytics Consultant
Role Summary: -
- The role requires an individual with 4-8 years of experience in e-Commerce analytics or managing portfolio.
- Experience in e-Commerce platform implementation would be an added advantage.
Job Description:
- Understanding of the E-Commerce marketplace and data sources. Hands-on experience in working with data is required
- Prior experience in the E-Commerce industry can help understand the business requirements better
- Understanding of User journey on Ecommerce to provide ideas on how different data sources can bring in multiple perspectives to generate insights
- Prior experience in marketing analytics is an added advantage
- Prior experience of managing a product, handling a dashboard is an added advantage
- Working with multiple stakeholders and across business and tech teams
- Capability to handle budget, effort tracking and product roadmap building with a 3rd party agency
- Project delivery to ensure the project is delivered on time
Educational Qualifications:
- Strong educational background from reputed engineering and management school
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work on complex application/technical problem identification and resolution
- Comfortable with applying technical solutions to business/technical problems through customer interactions, design, debugging, testing, and integration/implementation
- Minimum 4-8 years of work experience in e-Commerce domain is preferred
- Exposure to e-commerce Platform implementation or e-Commerce analytics is a plus

- Updated with the recent changes in the e-Commerce domain on the business and technical trends
- Works independently on complex processes and modules that may be used by one or more programs or systems

- Excellent communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally
- Good influencing and persuasion skills with the ability to enthuse and inspire multidisciplinary teams and build successful relationships at all levels
- Good team player, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
- Clear decision-making ability with the facility to judge complex situations and assess when to escalate issues
- Ability to balance conflicting and changing demands through prioritization and a pragmatic approach
