Key Deliverable:
- Overseeing overall operations of the organization on a day to day basis.
- Improvising the process flow right from customer orders to getting the mobiles refurbished and making them live
- Identifying the bottlenecks in overall processes and devising solutions by coordinating with various teams like QA, Customer Service, IT and Pricing
- Monitoring the product catalog and updating it regularly by coordinating with pricing team for including newly launched models
- Maintaining an issue log where all the customer related issues will be documented and taking measures to rectify them
- Responsible for making the refurbished mobiles live and deciding right channels to sell them by assisting sales team
- Responsible for providing options to Service team for spare part vendors and third party refurbishers and in evaluating them
- Also working on temporary assignments like market surveys, price checks, evaluating international sales channels for used mobiles etc
Qualifications:
- Analytical, Business Acumen, Data-crunching
- Experience should be from eCommerce industries
- Ability to translate customer behavior and business-needs to requirements implementation
- Premium MBA preferred; Engineers with strong analytical/business acumen can also be considered
