E-commerce Account Manager- D2C
Roles & Responsibility:
- Proven track record of launching and building brands on ecommerce channels ( like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, etc), team leader managing a PnL of 200+cr scale. Key roles and responsibilities :
- Own PnL for multiple Ecommerce Marketplaces - Secondary offtakes, primaries, promotions, marketing visibility, and operations.
- Devise and implement an Ecommerce strategy
- Lead team of 5+ Business managers/KAMs to build long-term relationships with Ecommerce channels to drive Joint business plans
- Own the customer experience for brands on all online channels
Educational/ Experience requirements:
- 8-12 yr relevant work ex in Brands ( Ecommerce for CPG/FMCG industries ) and category management for online marketplaces
