Looking for a Regional HR Manager for Central Region (Based out of Lucknow) to manage and ensure smooth and disciplined HR operations in the region.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Regional Head in driving the HR priorities and champion the central initiatives in the region pertaining to employee engagement, cost containment, and recruitment.
- Assist and guide the Regional Heads, State Managers, Cluster Heads, DC Heads and HR team for maintaining harmonious employee relations on a continuous basis.
- Ensure recruitment of an optimum number of quality associates and DC manpower in accordance with business requirements.
- Create a recruitment pipeline keeping the past trends in perspective to align the manpower numbers optimally.
- Ensure adherence to all legal and statutory compliances, abstracts, and licenses across the region.
- Deal with inspections to be conducted by various government departments from time to time in the region.
- Conduct open house to capture employee issues and resolve those within stipulated time frame and as per schedule.
- Build strong HR function and implementing effective policies to determine the high values in the region
- Responsible for data management, joining, and exit of employees with F & F settlement across all locations

Qualification: Grad/ MBA (HR) preferred
