About the role:
The Manager, Product Marketing will lead the product marketing efforts, developing and executing strategies to drive product awareness, adoption, and growth. This role involves understanding market needs, creating compelling product messaging, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our products in the market.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Create and refine product positioning and messaging to resonate with target audiences.
- Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
- Lead go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution for new product launches and updates.
- Coordinate with product management, sales, and other teams to ensure successful product introductions.
- Develop sales tools, training materials, and presentations to support the sales team.
- Provide ongoing support and training to ensure the sales team is equipped to effectively sell the products.
- Produce high-quality marketing content, including brochures, whitepapers, case studies, and web content.
- Manage the development and distribution of product-related content across various channels.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product and marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers to create advocates and case studies.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and demand.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer support.
- Ensure alignment between product marketing activities and overall business objectives.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product marketing efforts.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's /Master degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product marketing or a related role.
- Proven track record of successful product marketing and go-to-market execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactical plans.
- Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills.
- Creative and innovative mindset with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
