Role Title: Lead D&I and HRBP Corporate
Reports to: Lead Engagement & Culture
Responsibilities:
Diversity & Inclusion:
- Drive the overall strategy and execution of the D&I agenda across India
- Educating internal and external stakeholders on the benefits of inclusive leadership and creating a diverse work based culture.
- Create and implement a robust diversity metrics/ framework to track progress on D&I front
- Drive trainings around gender sensitization/unconscious bias for employees and hiring managers
- Drive Diversity staffing targets in partnership with Sr Leadership, Recruitment and HRBPs
HRBP Corporate Office:
- Be the face of HR for all employees at Ecom Corporate office
- Support employee lifecycle changes such as onboarding, transfers, compensation adjustments, exits
- Partner with business managers to effectively handle any employee escalations
- Maintain all high level Organization structures for Ecom Express
- Manage all employee engagement initiatives
Requirements:
- MBA / PG in HR with 3-5 yrs exp
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Excel
