Other Comments : At least 5+ years of experience in transitioning processes in investment banking operations/capital markets involving people, technology/systems.
Skills / Experience Required:
Must haves:
- Relevant work experience in IB Operations (Cash Equities, Derivatives), Reference Data (Product) or Risk & Finance domains. Experience in running front to back projects will be beneficial
- Understanding of Outsourcing models, Statement of Work, AHT calculations, SLA- s/KPI- s, credit debit concept, Gross Margin Calculation, RU calculation and reporting
- Hands on experience on creating Process Maps and Target Operating model design
- Understanding of tactical and strategic automation platform as enablers of optimization in processes- familiarity with eClerx capabilities and tool sets
- Understanding of SDLC And AGILE software implementation methodology
- Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to network and earn confidence of diverse Client personnel plus interaction with and management of eClerx India based operations team.
- In addition, they need to possess strategic perspective, business acumen, action orientation and drive for results.
- Excellent multi-tasking, stakeholder management and creative problem solving skills.
- Ability to work with teams across time-zones and cultures.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities
- Support end to end transition of processes/projects in capital market domain
- Manage the entire end to end transition, coordination with the Operations-client and internal, internal Quality team, onsite coordinators, project sponsor and eClerx senior management
- Act as a single point of contact for all transition related queries and escalations.
- Prepare and drive the transition review meetings with the client sponser, POC's and internal management
- Maintain and share monthly transition best practices, basis the recommendations, feedback
- Create transition case studies and spread awareness across Ops teams, leverage risk management experience within the team for transitions
