Experience:-
Digital campaign operations experience: At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in executing/managing digital campaigns across channels - Email, Social, Web etc. on Oracle Responsys
General Position Requirements / Scope
- Will be a part of operations team working on marketing operations business.
- Need to work as an independent resource / individual contributor while still being part of larger marketing automation cluster and bring synergies
- Daily hands on campaign execution (segmentation, list pulls, flow creation) using Oracle Responsys marketing automation platform
- Conduct extensive quality audits on segments and other work in Oracle Responsys Marketing Automation Tool. Interact with client stakeholders for validation
- Creating campaign performance reports on a weekly/monthly basis using data from Oracle Responsys
- Extensive client communication, project management and problem solving.
- Should be able to create detailed documentation and process flows to reflect / capture ongoing projects
- Work with onshore Marketing Automation consultant to get requirements and execute those requirements.
Candidate Profile - Technical Skills
- Strong interpretation and communication skills, i.e., being able to interface with Manager- to VP-level stakeholders and potentially explain analyses/deliverables to a less-technically or analytically-minded audience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in managing email campaigns/ campaign operations
- Excellent knowledge and minimum of 2 years of experience on Marketing Automation Tool (Oracle Responsys). Certification is added plus.
- Excellent knowledge and minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience of working on SQL. Certification is a plus.
- MS Office, esp. strong proficiency with MS Excel and PPT
- Strong project management skills, ability to create and execute complex plans.
- Outsourcing/offshoring experience is a plus
Salary Offered : 6 - 9 LPA
