Senior Process Manager Role and responsibility:
- Contribute to the development of the firm's L&D strategy - aligned to the firm's broader strategy and vision and the HR team's priorities
- Beyond knowledge and skills - create environments and experiences that foster and inspire connection, engagement, innovation and extraordinary effort
- Build out the firm's vision for a 'Skills University' - design a future-fit workforce, break down organizational silos, repurpose talent and skills at scale, and put our people at the helm of their careers
- Collaborate with senior management and operations stakeholders to assess learning needs, identify skill gaps, and determine upskilling priorities for different employee levels and verticals
- Design and develop comprehensive learning solutions, including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, blended learning programs, job aids, and other relevant materials
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms, and make necessary revisions to improve program outcomes
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development and OD, incorporating innovative techniques and technologies to enhance the learning experience
- Collaborate with SMEs and internal trainers to leverage their expertise in developing and delivering specialized learning interventions
- Working on other special HR projects as per need.
Technical and Functional Skills:
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience.
- Should have experience into arranging IT skills training.
- Program management skills, including managing details, and keeping multiple tasks/projects on track.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using and presenting data to make decisions. (Excel)
- Strong instructional design skills, including evaluation methodologies; experience with global design.
