Position Description:
As a result of our rapid growth in the digital campaign management, we are currently looking for email marketing developer to further our growth and maturity in this key domain. This role is a customer-facing and billable position intended to provide onsite presence & delivery to our traditional offshore delivery model. The successful candidate will have good knowledge in the digital marketing email development of large brands. He/she will also require an enthusiasm in working with our customers- marketing stakeholders, acting as a subject matter expert to our delivery teams.
Experience: Relevant professional experience in email marketing campaigns for a Fortune 500-scale company or a prominent consulting organization

Background: Email marketing developer, campaign marketing developer, Marketing Automation Consultant, HTML 5, CSS, Java Scripting or any kind of scripting knowledge, SQL, Campaign Analytics, Reporting, Segmentation, Web development
Position Requirements - In this position, the candidate will:
- Experience with any of the leading marketing automations tools like AEM, Exact Target, Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce etc.
- Should have excellent communication skills and should have participated in overall campaign lifecycle
- Candidate with experience in eCommerce / Marketplace industry would be preferable
- Knowledge of Scripting (Jquery, Java Script, AMP Script etc.) is a must and having SQL knowledge would be an added advantage
- Should have demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Should be able to work effectively and coordinate during tight deadlines
- Should have experience working with international clients
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Execute lifecycle campaigns on marketing automation platforms mentioned above
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for client and internal teams for troubleshooting campaigns and provide resolution
- Translate business requirements into campaign flow through usage of marketing automation platform
- Develop responsive Email templates and perform testing
- Develop personalized emails using Script languages
- Work with offshore team as a mentor and build overall execution capabilities
- Write queries to target right audience based on targeting criteria provided regional marketers
- Responsible for creating and maintaining quality standards for marketing automation platforms (Email, Forms, Landing Pages, Email Campaigns etc.) with adherence to both internal and external standards.
- Ensure that best practices are being followed to achieve maximum efficiency
- Understand the intention and goal of a campaign and provide consultative solutions to stakeholders in a timely manner for better campaign effectiveness
- Expertise in analyzing & determining the requirements in real-time environments
- Should have the aptitude and ability to learn and execute on client internal tools
