Exposure to retail / Ecommerce / Marketing web analytics
Advanced MS Excel
Has at least 3 yrs experience in executing web / analytical projects and reporting / dashboard development
Manage expectations in data & reporting delivery and implementation efforts
Excellent communication / interpersonal skills
Good to haves:-
Digital marketing experience (SEO, SEM)
Technical coding experience (Jquery, Javascript, HTML)
Certifications - Google Analytics certified, Google AdWords certified

Job Responsibilities
Interface with the client independently to give status updates on projects and help in issue resolution coordinate with business partners to complete open action items and implement quarter changes in the reports.
Business Process Initiatives :
Conceptualizing (or identifying), implementing & sharing process improvements
Need to identify BPIs which can be implemented in the program, currently used in other processes.Tracking various KPIs and identify trends Analyze digital marketing channel performance,Marketing effectiveness A/B testing, campaign performance, cross channel behavior
External Communication - weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings
Project Review
Weekly Operations Review
Monthly Business Review
Quarterly Business Review
Internal Communication - team meetings, periodic reporting
Manage attrition, identify future staffing needs and formulate recruitment plans
Ensure team participation in recruitment and all HR initiatives
