Position Description

Digital Analytics Consultants at eClerx partner with our clients to provide consultative analytics services. The Consultant is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of analytics projects, having the ability to perform analysis directly and the ability to manage the work of others who are part of the project team.

Position Requirements. In this position, you will:

- Support eClerx clients as the subject matter expert in the area of digital analytics, with knowledge of both implementation & tag management, as well as best practices for building dashboards and conducting detailed analytics projects to understand customer behavior and improve the performance of both websites and mobile applications

- Creation of technical specification documentation to provide detailed guidance to developers for tag deployment

- Partner with client stakeholders (marketers and IT staff) to understand data requirements and convey them to eClerx offshore analysts who will execute the tag deployment and QA required for accurate data capture

- Meet regularly with customers to understand business requirements and to formulate an analytics plan to address the client needs. You will partner with eClerx offshore analysts who will deploy marketing tags, perform tag audits and data validation, and create customer-facing dashboards and reporting portals

- Leverage data visualization and data storytelling techniques to support providing of insights

- Collaborate with business development team to pursue new opportunities where your expertise is required

- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time to client sites

Candidate Profile

- Has relevant experience in digital marketing analytics, including significant experience in digital analytics implementation through a tag management system

- Has experience translating business strategy and objectives into a plan for data collection, reporting, and analysis

- Strong understanding of Tag Management Systems, with preference for expertise using Tealium

- Experience with implementation of Adobe Analytics and willingness to learn new digital analytics platforms from a data-architecture standpoint

- Demonstrated a strong understanding of key business metrics & drivers for the typical digital marketing organization, with preference for experience in the travel & leisure industry

- Strong communications skills, both written and spoken

- Must be comfortable working autonomously or with broad guidelines
