Associate Process Manager Role and responsibilities:
1. Salary Cost Budgeting: Creating budget for the salary related costs for the next fiscal year. This includes liaising with various stakeholders to collate information on workforce plans for next year, employee related expenses this year and any estimations as may be required.
2. Driving Increment and Variable Pay cycles: Create input templates, work with HRBPs to get inputs, validate and communicate the revised salaries and bonuses to employees. Work with vendor partners to automate and execute the process through a system. Drive compensation module and system implementation from audit perspective.
3. Policy Management: Manage any changes to HR policies.
4. Compensation based interventions: Work with HRBPs and business leads to design compensation-based policies, estimate its cost impact and operationalize them.
5. Compensation Benchmarking: Take part in salary surveys, analyze reports from vendors and provide insights to business on compensation benchmarks.
6. Managing Retention Schemes: Managing the budgeting, tracking and operational aspects of running compensation-based retention schemes.
7. International Mobility: Liaison with International HR teams to govern the international mobility process
Minimum Required Skills & Attributes:
1. High proficiency with excel skills & Number Orientation
2. Ability to analyze data
3. Self-motivated and committed to deadlines
Minimum Experience Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in CNB
Minimum Educational Qualifications:
1. Graduate in any field
2. MMS/MBA/PGDM in HR
Added Advantage:
1. Graduate in any engineering field
