Role: - Drive engagement effectively across the globe / track trends and should be able to recommend best practices to improve daily user activity and overall participation beyond industry benchmark. - Employee Internal Communication Strategy - propose initiatives to improve leadership connects (formal/informal) - Propose Events Strategy / Internalise few small local site events to drive employee connects - Plan global Videos on key themes - Plan Employee Forums (informal) - Intranet analytics and gaps mapping - recommend ideas and solutions etc Required skill : - 6+ years or more years of experience performing internal communications roles within a global company - Exceptional writing, editing and verbal communication skills; proficiency to write clearly and concisely on complex topics for a diverse set of internal and external audiences. - Ability to interact and influence at all levels of an organization. - Experience with cutting-edge communications practices and technologies. - Understanding of new technologies and applications in the electronic messaging and communications field. - Ability to establish and meet deadlines, work under pressure and handle multiple priorities. - Flexible and adaptable to change.
