EC-Council - Manager - IT Infrastructure

- Lead large Infra projects, including the design and deployment of new IT Infra systems and services

- Define next gen IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes

- Analyse business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs

- Lead implementation and augmentation of BCP & DR as per the organizational needs

- Experience with framing policies, processes and procedures for IT Infrastructure

- Maintain and manage all existing IT infrastructure including hardware, Office 365, OS - Windows, Linux etc

- IT networks, storage, data centre, Cloud Infrastructure (Azure, Aws), end points etc

- Monitor performance of information technology systems to drive cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving & standardization of the IT infrastructure

- Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and office automation software

- Hands on experience with troubleshooting hardware and office automation software issues related to internal IT and also aligning as well as implementing the ISO 27001 & ISMS guidelines

- Testing, troubleshooting, and modifying information systems so that they operate effectively

- Management reporting and dashboards for predictability & performance

- Assuring all IT activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes, and regulations.

- Evaluating technology risks in order to develop a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures.

- Remaining up to date with advances in technology and industry best practices.

- Prepare budgets for both operations as well as for new initiatives

- Ensure completeness of documentation

Required Skill Set:

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience managing IT infrastructure and services.

- Experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation.

- Proficient in computer hardware, cabling installation and support, wireless technology applications and interface, and IT security.

- Proficient in Microsoft Windows software, including Server, Office, and Exchange, AD, DNS, End Point etc.

- Proficient in Managing AWS and Azure Cloud Infrastructures

- Management and leadership skills.

- Ability to work in global environments with teams spread globally

- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

- Highly organized and detail oriented.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
