About EC- Council:

Position: iBusiness Manager - Sales
This leader is accountable for achieving the sales and profitability goals within the country. This role provides direction and leadership to the field and responsible for the customer satisfaction and market share. Targets will be based on Courseware sales.
Job Description
- Provide quality leadership for existing and new customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding EC- Councils reputation at all times, inclusive of constructive problem solving, facilitating creative improvements, and supporting the partners.
Achieves the revenue and profitability quotas for training business in
- CRM
- Project Management
- Cyber Marketing
- Establishes an environment and foundation for future sales growth. Sells and teaches others how to sell value and solutions to the end customers.
- Directs the selling activities inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactions.
- Prioritizes effectively and in accordance with corporate objectives.
- Efficiently supports the regional partners to help them gain more market business
- Identify & sell training programs to enterprises, training houses, educational, academic and government bodies
- Manage the team to ensure productivity and assure time management to support sales in the country
- Conduct Presentations online and occasionally visit partners to extend Support
- Conduct promotional activities to boost sales
- Responsible for the Region’s forecasting and sales tracking.
- Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth for sales and profitability
- Work on special Marketing and Branding projects as assigned.
Education & Experience
- Technical degree with MBA preferred.
- 5-7 years of techno-sales experience preferably in similar field.
- Training/educational/IT industry experience is a must
- Understanding of the regional culture and market is a must.
- Developing customer relationships.
Technical Knowledge, Skills & Expertise
Must have both the sales skills and technical knowledge to make presentations and lead customer discussions to advance the sales process. Must have the ability to develop and work extensively at the executive level.

- Outstanding Written and Verbal Communication Skills in English.
- Strong presentation skills,
- Ability to develop relationships and work extensively at the executive level.
- Self-starter—Independent remote worker
- Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team

- Maximum number of regional languages preferred
- Direct interaction with the Partners, Marketing, Peers, and Customers will comprise a major portion of this assignment.
