The International Council of E-Commerce Consultants (EC-Council) is a member-based organization that certifies individuals in various iBusiness and IT security skills. EC-Council has been certified by American National Standards Institute to meet its ANSI/ISO/IEC 17024 standard. EC-Council certified programs are offered in over 102 countries through a training network of more than 700 training partners globally. As of 31st Dec 2014, it has trained more than 230,000 professional and certified over 120,000 of them.

In 2014, EC-Council established the Institute of iBusiness (IIB) to equip business managers with industry-accepted digital management knowledge and skills, through a hands-on approach, enabling participants to apply the latest digital technologies to real-life case studies to attain instant productivity. IIB offers personnel conformity assessments that independently assesses business managers- competencies and capabilities against accepted industry standards.

Position : Executive Director (IIB)

- This person is responsible for the provision of direction and leadership toward the achievement of the division's vision, strategy and its annual goals and objectives.

- This includes the management of product development, marketing and sales of iBusiness courseware, marketing, branding and support globally.

- He/she is also responsible to ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of training partners and distributors.

- He/she also identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings and is effectively plays the role of Managing Director of the division.

Job Description :

- Design, develop and implement successful strategic plans for IIB in a cost-effective and time-efficient manner to attain global leadership position.

- Responsible for the management of day-to-day operation of IIB. This includes managing staff, partners and advisory boards and various committees.

- Strategic planning and descriptive approach of the markets is a major part of this job.

- Identifying market risk and coming up with solutions to overcome the hurdles is a key function to ensure that IIB achieves its objectives.

- Establishing an environment and foundation for future sales growth.

- Responsible for IIB's forecasting and sales tracking on a timely basis.

- This position is the sole owner of planning activities and assigning targets per country to the team. This position requires prioritizing effectively and in accordance with the corporate objectives.

- Managing marketing, branding and positioning each product and IIB as a whole.

- The Executive Director provides quality leadership to each of the partners/distributors and their teams, supporting them in their activities and helping close strategic deals.

- Trains distributors and training partners in how to sell and market IIB programs aggressively.

- Should be capable to achieve the annual targets, revenues and profitability quotas for all IIB's training and product lines as set by the management.

- This position develops the required network to facilitate brand awareness and increase sales.

- Conducting presentations, traveling. speaking and visiting partners to extend support will be required

- Identifying the big corporate, training houses, educational, and government bodies and extending IIB products is essential.

- Establishing relationships with industry partners, publishers and major strategic partners in the US is required.

Education & Experience :

- 5+ years of senior management experience.

- 5+ years of B2B/channel sales experience.

- Training/ consulting/online marketing experience is advantageous.

- Understanding technologies and digital marketing trends will help

Technical Knowledge, Skills & Expertise :

Must be a good leader and lead the team by setting great examples. Must have both the sales skills and business knowledge to make presentations and lead customer discussions to advance the sales process.

- Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team

- Strong leadership skills

- Able to deliver business value to the sales, operations and customer.

- Strong presentation skills

- Ability to develop relationships and work extensively at the executive level.

- Outstanding written and verbal Communication Skills.

- Fluent in English

- Maximum number of regional languages preferred

- Direct interaction with the partners, marketing channels, management, and internal teams will comprise a major portion of this assignment.
