JOB ROLE AND FUNCTIONS:
- Provide quality leadership for existing and new customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding EC- Councils reputation at all times, inclusive of constructive problem solving, facilitating creative improvements, and supporting the partners.
- Achieves the Region's revenue and profitability quotas for all EC-Council's training. Certification segments within Region.
- Establishes an environment and foundation for future sales growth. Sells and teaches others how to sell value and solutions to the end customers.
- Directs the selling activities within the Region, inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactions.
- Prioritizes effectively and in accordance with corporate objectives.
- Efficiently manages the regional partners and support them to help them gain more market business
- Identify the big corporates, training houses, educational, academic and Government bodies in the region and extend EC- Councils products to them
- Manage the team to ensure productivity and assure time management to support sales in the region
- Conduct Presentations and visit partners to extend Support
- Conduct Joint promotional activities with partners to boost sales
- Responsible for the Region's forecasting and sales tracking.
- Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability
- Work on special Marketing and Branding projects for the region as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- MBA or technical graduate degree preferred.
- 3+ years of techno-sales experience.
- Training/ educational/ IT industry experience is a must
- Understanding of the regional culture and market is a must.
- Developing customer relationships.
- Understanding technologies and cyber-security market trend will help

- Direct interaction with the Partners, Marketing, Peers, and Customers will comprise a major portion of this assignment.
- Travel required.
