Position Summary:


- As the Senior Manager, Operations at Ebizon, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our operational processes to support the efficient delivery of our e-commerce and digital activation services.


- This role requires a seasoned leader with a deep understanding of operational management within the digital and e-commerce sectors.


- You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our service delivery aligns with our clients strategic goals and industry best practices.


Key Responsibilities:


Operational Strategy and Management:


- Develop and execute operational strategies that align with Ebizons business objectives and enhance our service delivery capabilities.


- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and effective execution of projects and client engagements.


- Implement and refine operational processes to improve performance, scalability, and client satisfaction.


Process Optimization:


- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.


- Leverage data analytics to monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.


- Ensure operational processes are agile and adaptable to meet the evolving needs of our clients and the digital landscape.


Team Leadership and Development:


- Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.


- Set clear objectives, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback to support team development and achievement.


- Promote a culture of innovation and excellence, encouraging team members to contribute ideas and solutions.


Project and Client Management:


- Oversee the management of key client projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.


- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, and consulting, to ensure seamless project execution.


- Address and resolve any operational issues or client concerns promptly and effectively.


Stakeholder Engagement:


- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align operational activities with strategic goals and client requirements.


- Engage with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure that our services meet or exceed their expectations.


- Represent Ebizon in client meetings, industry events, and conferences, showcasing our operational capabilities and achievements.


Compliance and Quality Assurance:


- Ensure that all operational activities comply with industry standards, legal requirements, and organizational policies.


- Implement quality assurance measures to maintain the high standards of our service delivery.


- Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess operational performance and identify areas for enhancement.


Qualifications:


- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.


- 8-12 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on e-commerce or digital marketing.


- Proven track record of managing complex operations, optimizing processes, and leading cross-functional teams.


- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive decision-making and improvements.


- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.


- Proficiency in operations management tools and software, with a solid understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce trends.
