1. Define and share a comprehensive plan for the growth of EBG along with timelines, budget and expected outcomes with the National Council. Implement based on approval received, providing quarterly reports on progress.
2. Build and implement an effective communication plan for EBG designed to increase awareness, develop a good understanding of the value EBG brings and establish quality visibility in all target audiences.
3. Take sustained Membership initiatives, for enrolment of new Members, retention of existing Members and timely payment of fees. Plan and implement actions resulting in a sustained increase in Membership.
4. Be proactive in understanding what is seen as added value by Members, plan actions/events that meet this requirement and then manage implementation effectively.
5. Establish and expand a relevant network of contacts to support EBG objectives and gain support
6. Work with the National Council and Sector Committees to enhance the relevance and value of the Position Paper.
7. Set deadlines, support relevant position papers from each committee and ensure the timely publication/launch and distribution of the Annual Position Paper.
8. Collaborate with Regional Chapters and relevant Council Members to develop and deliver a quality, quarterly News letter
9. Coordinate meetings and support required from the EU delegation, EU Embassies and the global EBO organization to build the reputation and positioning of EBG with these stakeholders.
10. Manage the operations of EBG in an effective, time bound manner and ensure complete compliance across the different requirements.
