eBay - Fraud & Analytics Specialist - Third Party Payroll
Desired Profile :
- Validate & resolve disputed transactions by raising Charge backs, Cancellations and minimize fraud loss
- Maintaining a track of daily processed transactions and reporting on a timely and accurate manner to Process Supervisor / Team lead
- Design & execute analysis, interpret results and generate key insights
- Deliver well organized reports, dashboards, data analysis and statistical models
- Deliver error-free and high-quality outputs to the team
- Communicate expectations and establish deadlines in agreement with manager / team members
- Independently manage short term assignments (2- 3 weeks)
- Must be a team player
- Contribute to marketing initiatives in pre-campaign & post-campaign activities
- Help management in developing new areas of expertise with case studies and other collateral
- Flexible with working hours/ work on weekends
- Flexibility to work across multiple domains
Skills & Competencies :
- 3+ years of QA/Risk Analysis/Fraud & Analytics experience
- B.E. /B. Tech graduation is a must
- Strong Academics & high IQ
- Strong problem solving skills. Should be able to provide examples of prior problem solving where he/she applied data analytics skills.
- Possess strong analytical/logical thinking skills and clarity of thought
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Possess strong listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to extract and analyze data from multiple sources using analytical tools.
- Experience in SAS, VBA and SQL
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Proficiency in data analysis using statistical and mathematical tools and techniques is good to have
- Strong domain and business knowledge is a plus
