Easy Home Finance - Manager - Accounts ( Housing Finance candidates only Apply )
- Preparing quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly financial statement.
- Preparation of annual budget for all the location of the group and variance analysis for the actual against budgeted on a monthly basis.
- Express review of the financials statement for all the locations on a monthly basis with variances between actual and budgeted
- Reconciliation of balance sheet items for the better understanding of the balances appearing in the balance sheet on a monthly basis.
- Aging analysis & ratio analysis and other MIS as per the management requirement.
- Review of accounts on a daily basis.
- General ledger and balance sheet scrutiny for on a monthly basis.
- Preparing tax plans and ensuring timely assessment and filing Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly, Yearly return of NHB, Quarterly TDS returns and monthly GST return in compliance with Statutory Tax Acts.
- Ensuring timely payment of GST, TDS, PF, Profession Tax as per due date.
- Liaising with the Tax Consultants for hearing of notices issued by the department for assessment of various returns filed by the organization.
- Interact with all Audits such as Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit & Departmental Audit.
- Preparation of CMA data with assumptions.
- Preparation of data as required by financial institution for fund raising and preparation of MIS as required by Financial Institution.
