EarlySalary.com is a new age FinTech start-up in Pune. We have created ripples in the way lending happens in the country. We have built our proprietary credit scoring algorithm and are working to take it to the next level of automation. This position sits at the heart of the company's operation.

We are looking for a young and dynamic professional to Head Analytics, who is inquisitive of and excited by data; who is always thinking of ways and algorithms to improve any task; knowledge and strong analytics and technical background to be able to mine the data using Hadoop/SQL/NoSQL/Big Data techniques and strong analytic mindset to find relations and patterns in the data using Python & R. Prior experience with financial industry with risk analytics would be added advantage. Should have handled a analytics team in earlier job. Should be self starter and have in depth understanding of risk and marketing analytics and developing various scoring models and latest modelling techniques. Should be a quick learner of latest techniques.

Responsibilities:

- Come up with analysis and policy based on data analytics

- In depth understanding of risk and marketing analytics and developing various scoring models

- Use Hadoop/SQL/NoSQL to accurately fetch data for analytics

- Create predictive models using various modeling techniques like Regression, Neural Network, Decision Trees etc in Python/R/SAS

- In depth understanding of various BI tools to create various reports or analysis (Tableau or a similar tool)

- Head Analytics Team at Early Salary

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Computer, IT, Math, Statistics, Analytics is Preferred, can consider Bachelor's in same as well

- Candidate with background in Statistics would be preferred.

- Minimum 6 years experience working in analytics

- Hands on experience in accessing data using Hadoop/ SQL/ NoSQL

- Hands on experience in creating risk and marketing models using Python/SAS (experience using R will be considered if the candidate is a quick learner)

- Has experience of leading a team

- Excellent communication skill

- Team Player
