Job Title: Affiliate Performance Marketing Manager

Job location: Pune
Core Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with premium Partners on day-to-day basis for driving business.
- Develop and implement commercial and strategic relationships with organizations in accordance with
companies overarching objectives, goals, and strategies.
- Drive all stages of the partnership including origination, opportunity identification, partnership agreement, bringing stakeholders together, program management and execution.
- Analysing the opportunity and presenting recommendations based on strategic fit, partnership structure and ways of working.
- Negotiate attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy.
- Manage technical capability requirements for partners with internal IT teams.
Preference & Experience:
- Must have fintech/Aggregator sales experience.
- Must have experience in Media Buying platform operations.
- Good understanding of the business and technology landscape
- Good negotiation, influencing and program management skills.
- Goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on, problem solver
- Should possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate, present and
influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English.
